If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help.Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order.
Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. The policy begins from the date of purchase. Please see whether either of these pertain to you, and if the item(s) are covered by our 90-days Return Policy.
The following reasons are covered by our 90 day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.
1.We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.
2.The size of the merchandise does not meet your requirement.
3.Please keep the product as original as possible. We only accept returns in good condition so that they can be sold to other customers in the future. All returned products must retain their original labels.

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team,please take the initiative to contact our customer service.
All returned items must come with all original tags and their original packaging.No Artificially Damaged Goods are Returned.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.

Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
Customers are able to cancel or change within 24 hours for free . Please note that on all canceled or changed orders(after 24 hours) of personalized items there is a 30% restocking fee.
ISWANSHOP reserve the right to void refund/return that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as deemed by our clothes professionals.
